Photos are good temporal anchor points. They can keep your firmly rooted in reality. This is important, especially in the face of the growing fantastical powers that pull and urge us upwards, into uncharted, unorganized chaos. They solidify the abstract idea of "moments in time" into something that our minds are more capable of understanding.

Last night I was in bed sweating like a slowly constricted human-shaped sponge, freshly pulled from a warm ocean that smells like onions. I was laying there, soaking the bedsheets with my odors, hair matted to my forehead, eyelids drooping, unable to move for fear of the heat produced by kinetic energy. The only thought on my mind was that I hoped nobody would take a picture of me at that moment, and they didnt! But if they had, they might have had some interest in cheap photo software!

Cheap photo software comes in all shapes and sizes. There are many free and paid options available to you, and I would like to put a few words on here about what they are. The general rule that I go by is that the cheaper the software is, the less money it will cost. This is a safe metric that will usually point you in the right direction. I am always wary of something that is free, unless it is published by google or some similar large company that everyone has heard of.

• Little to no arrows - arrows direct and redirect, seem so authoritative. Dont trust us to make our own decisions!? their origination is probably a very self-centered man or woman
• Realistic SKulls or Other bones - misanthropy may be trendy, but it means poor customer service and probably some weird post-modern UI design
  

With regards to photo software, you have a lot of amazing options out there. So many, in fact, i just get lost in a whirling vortex of media manipulation!
